A seamless stay in Trastevere

The rooms are spacious and cleverly designed, providing every comfort while staying in central Rome. Accessing the hotel via keyless entry added a modern touch to our experience. I loved the convenient location near local eateries and nightlife.

During our stay, the absence of on-site staff was a bit challenging. We encountered a minor drainage problem in the bathroom, which was quickly resolved, but the shower design could use improvement to avoid water spilling into the room.

i had such high hopes for this hotel, but with a broken toilet, and nonexistent customer service, it was far from luxury. they could have at least given me a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, right? not to mention the unhelpful staff’s late responses. i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Lack of basic furniture like chairs and tables severely limits functionality. both coffee drinking and working on a laptop become a hassle. The sink's odd placement in the room instead of the bathroom adds to the inconvenience. internet connectivity issues persisted for days without viable alternatives. The absence of a lobby detracts from the overall experience, and the hanging stand instead of a closet may not suffice for travelers with more extensive wardrobes.

Didn't like anything, except keyless entry

Numa in Trastevere nails it with a chic vibe and super comfy rooms. The self check-in made everything smooth. Quick responses to my questions. Just ran into a bit of a wait for maintenance after reporting a minor issue, but otherwise, totally loved my stay.

Comfortable room, convenient location, the air conditioning worked perfectly and I appreciated the spacious terrace for relaxation.

the apartment was on a serene side street near the vibrant trastevere area providing easy access to amazing eateries and local shops. the self check-in was super reliable which made everything so hassle-free and the spacious terrace was perfect for unwinding.

The room had great amenities like air conditioning, a terrace, and free toiletries. We loved the comfortable bed and how everything was clean. Super convenient coffee machine too! The spa facilities looked nice even though we didn't use them. Perfect place for a relaxing stay in Rome!
